Ready to wear - Being Frank: Purchase policy
We offer a 14 day returns and exchange policy. You must contact us to provide your intention to return or exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order. All garments must not have been worn or tampered with. If the anti-wear ribbon has been removed or tampered with your garment will not be eligible to return or exchange.
Please email: beingfrank@amandathompsoncouture.co.uk letting us know the reason for your return/exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order.
We ask for all items to be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn and with tags attached and intact, the anti-wear ribbon in tact, uncut and not tampered with.
Amanda Thompson Couture reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if we believe a garment has been worn, tampered with or doesn't meet the purchase policy criteria.
Ready to wear - Being Frank pieces that are made to order or altered cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please contact us with any sizing and fit queries, or feel free to send us your measurements and we can provide guidance on the best size for you. We are always happy to jump on a call and talk through any doubts you have. If you’re local, please also feel free to come into the atelier for a chat and a try-on.
We have no external packing facility or warehouse, so we pack and ship your orders ourselves from the atelier. By purchasing mindfully you can minimise the number of deliveries and packaging required for your order which is an effort toward sustainability.
Couture and bridal commission purchase policy:
For all commissions with Amanda Thompson Couture, we require a 50% deposit to move ahead with your piece. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. This is due to the fact that this fee covers our design and research time, fabric and initial fittings, and some labour costs. The remainder of the balance must be settled before you pickup your garment.
At the discretion of Amanda Thompson couture, payments may also be broken three instalments rather than two. Please talk to us to discuss your needs, we’re always here to help.
All pieces that are commissioned and made to order are not refundable. Amanda Thompson couture reserves the right to hold pieces until final balances are settled.
