Mimi (Maria Valguarnera di Niscemi, daughter of a Sicilian prince, married to Prince Alexander Romanov, yes those old family czars) adds a whole load of gold-tone bullion to a wardrobe.

Amanda Thompson's new A/W 20/21 collection I Dream of Sacha translates the hopeful 1970s into a nostalgia of soft greys, poppy jewels and deep maroons. Houndstooth by day, the slinkiest sumptuous lounging silks by the night-time fire. Mongolian lambswool will keep you warm in the morning when it's time to walk that dog again.
